Rosalyn joined the CSCP in 2021 as a project manager in the Sustainable Lifestyles team, where she works on projects which build capacity related to behaviour change for sustainability and design multi-stakeholder engagement processes.

Her background is in sustainable development and social innovation research, having previously worked across a range of topics, from her thesis on behaviour change for energy efficiency and sustainable mobility in urban developments, to projects on digitalisation, participatory democracy, community ownership, civil society engagement and data commons. At the heart of all of these sit the themes of community, collaboration and innovation for social good. Alongside research Rosalyn has worked in a grassroots circular economy co-operative and in various civil society organisations.

Rosalyn completed her BA and PhD in Land Economy with a focus human behaviour in sustainable cities at the University of Cambridge.

Rosalyn is a British national.
