Flandra works as communication manager at the CSCP. She views language, and subsequently communication, as a form of social practice and is particularly keen on exploring how belief systems and societal relations are established and reproduced through language use. With a diverse background in political science, cultural studies, communication and applied journalism, she uses interdisciplinarity to provide insightful and context-informed communication solutions. She is passionate about communicating sustainability-related topics in ways that are not only tangible and relatable to the target audience, but also challenge conventional beliefs and therefore inspire and foster positive change.

Flandra has worked for several years as a journalist and moderator for the Kosovo Public Broadcaster, covering a wide range of fields and topics. She has worked as a public relations expert for numerous projects in Kosovo and has also been involved in various initiatives concerning issues such as gender equality, democratisation and sustainability.

Flandra holds a doctoral degree in Political Communication from the University of Münster. She has studied politology at the University of Pristina and European Studies at the University of Bonn.

She is a passionate reader and enjoys dwelling on words and their meanings.

Flandra is a Kosovo national.
