Her experience includes the development and implementation of monitoring, impact and evaluation frameworks; process development; digital tools testing; and targeted communication. She works with public administrations and businesses on circular economy with a particular focus on bioeconomy. She has carried out policy advocacy on the EU and UN levels on urban development and renewable energy. In addition, she has advised, monitored and evaluated transnational cooperation projects on sustainable resource management in the Baltic Sea region. She holds a M.Sc. in Politics, Economics and Philosophy from the University of Hamburg with a focus on individual and group decision-making. Her master’s thesis analysed the role of trust and cooperation in strategic voting behaviour in elections. Fiona is a Canadian national.
