Are you an ideally native English-speaking writer interested in working to support mainstreaming sustainability? Are you interested in how design thinking, living labs, big data and art can contribute to a more sustainable world? At the CSCP we are looking for solutions to scale-up sustainability in new ways and formats, including the hot topics of today, tomorrow and beyond. We strive to have real impact with our work which calls for putting ourselves in the shoes (and minds and goals) of those we work with. Your Tasks
The sustainability writer will support the CSCP team with engaging writing for proposals and project output, while keeping consistent and developing further our external communication strategy together with the Heads of Units.

Job Description

  • Manage the content creation and delivery of external communications materials, including website content, newsletter, social media for the CSCP
  • Support the team with their projects with writing/editing proposals, project output and project communication campaigns
  • Collaborate with the broader Communications / Creative / IT team to deliver impactful, authentic and purposeful external communication
  • Ensure alignment of external communications with company’s strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Ideally Native English Speaker with a sensibility for English as used and understood in the European Union
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 3 or more years working experience in communications
  • Literate in digital communications tools. Experience with wordpress and twitter is a must; a plus for knowledge in other communication technologies (marketing tools, online campaigns)
  • Team player yet able to assume direct responsibility for specific tasks
  • Organisational talent
  • Able to work within a broad international team and across team structures
  • Displays flexibility to ensure excellent service

As a non-for-profit organisation, the CSCP is not part of the public service, but applies its collective bargaining law (TV-L).
