You Are you a native German speaker that is fluent in English and interested in working to support mainstreaming sustainability? Are you a digital native, keen to link sustainability and digitalisation? Your Tasks The Digital Responsibility Expert mainly co-manages the newly established Center for Business and Corporate Digital Responsibility, which targets small and medium sizes enterprises in NRW. You will work with senior CSCP staff and will exchange with established (social) businesses, startups and public officials alike. More information about the new center your find on: https://www.cscp.org/csr-2-0/ Job Description • Strategic, operational and financial management of project modules and generating content for the center, including workshops and online courses and • Organising events delivering administrative tasks • Collaborate with public and private organisations as well as stakeholders • Ensure quality of the center’s offer and satisfaction of clients • Further acquisitions of private and public sector projects • Support with the establishment of strategic networks and contribution to the vision and goals of the SBE team • External representation in form of speaker engagements and publications Key Requirements • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the digitalisation and/or sustainability realm • Native German and fluent English speaker as the CSCP’s working language is English • Master or equivalent in area related to above • Solid experience of working with businesses • Proven project management skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team • Strong capacity for systems thinking and development of innovative, cross-sectorial solutions • Ability to deal with multiple changing requirements and to work under tight deadlines • Proficiency in using word processing and presentation software As a non-for-profit organization the CSCP applies its collective bargaining law (TV-L).
