“Understanding the Employee Perspective on Sustainability Strategy and Management” – Join Our Webinar on 1 June 2021!

A comprehensive analysis and consideration of sustainability issues offers many opportunities for companies. It often has a motivating and meaningful effect and can contribute significantly to maintaining future viability and competitiveness. However, not many companies know how sustainability strategies and the resulting activities are perceived and evaluated by their employees. To fill this gap, the CSCP has teamed up with the international research and consultancy institute, Great Place to Work® to offer a sustainability module in addition to the standard employee surveys on workplace culture and satisfaction. Join our webinar on 1 June 2021, 15:00-16:00 CET to find out more!

Today’s employees often ask for more than fair payment and good working conditions. They seek sense in their work and want to do their part in delivering answers to relevant social and environmental challenges. Companies with high sustainability priorities and comprehensive engagement of their employees are rewarded not just with high motivation, but also with proud ambassadors for products, services, and the company as a whole, which strengthens their employer branding.

In our webinar “Understanding the Employee Perspective on Sustainability Strategy and Management”, we exclusively present a new sustainability module that can be integrated into the standard employee satisfaction surveys. During the webinar, you will learn how you can successfully develop and shape your company in the area of sustainability. The webinar participants will also have the opportunity to test the module free of charge as part of a pilot project.

The webinar will address the following key questions:

  • Why query sustainability internally?
  • How to do it and how is the new sustainability module structured to support this endeavour?
  • What does a sustainability check yield for a business?

  • Anne Brüne, Senior Consultant, Leadership, Cultural &, Organizational Development
  • Karsten Schulte-Deussen, Director Surveys & Reporting, Great Place to Work® Germany
