The online conference “Digital Leadership – Rethinking Leadership, Staying Competitive” looks into the impact that these fast-paced changes have on SMEs in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) by asking the following questions: How are the pandemic, digitalisation, and sustainability shaping work and leadership in SMEs?
