We measure the state-of-the-art of and achievements towards sustainable consumption and production. This includes the development, testing, implementation and monitoring of concrete projects, especially in developing countries, which enables them to leapfrog to sustainable consumption and production patterns using a life cycle approach and regional perspectives as guiding principles.
