'Making an Impact - Collective Actions Towards SCP' conference will bring together a range of high quality speakers to discuss and develop recommendations about the role of civil society in SCP at a regional, national and international level. CSCP present at the World Economic Forum

The Head of the CSCP Michael Kuhndt was present at the World Economic Forum "Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2009" in Dalian, China from 10-12 September 2009. The CSCP participated/managed 5 sessions on various topics relating to Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP). Conference Announcement: "The Future of Sustainable Products and Services", September 28-29, 2009 in Essen, Germany

The UNEP/Wuppertal Institute Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production (CSCP)  is organising an international conference called “The Future of Sustainable Products and Services” that will be supported by the Ministry of the Environment and Conservation, Agriculture and Consumer Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The conference will be held in the inspiring setting of the UNESCO World Heritage listed mining complex “Zeche Zollverein“ in Essen, Germany, from the 28th – 29th September 2009.
