Let’s Find Great Ideas to Tackle Food Waste

REFRESH Food Waste Solution Contest launched, submissions open until 30 Nov. 2016

Food waste innovators wanted!

REFRESH, a European project on food waste, has launched its Food Waste Solution Contest. CSCP and the other project partners are looking for the freshest ideas to tackle food waste across Europe. The contest aims to highlight and support solutions for food waste and food packaging waste along any part(s) of the food chain.

We want to support your innovative food waste ideas.

Across Europe, people are developing and implementing innovative solutions to the problem of food waste. The REFRESH Food Waste Solution Contest wants to bring much-deserved recognition to these ideas and encourage their dissemination. Anyone from Europe who has developed a food waste innovation —including individuals, organisations, start-ups, and large companies— is encouraged to submit a video or visual essay about their project. The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2016.
