Artist in Residence (AIR)

Are you an artist with an interest or experience working with sustainability issues? Would you like to create art, which depicts or promotes sustainable consumption and production (SCP) themes for presentation to interested audiences?

As our Artist in Residence (AIR) you will benefit from the international and dynamic CSCP team as well as from our network of sustainability professionals and organisations. In addition, the CSCP location at the Wuppertal Huppertsbergfabrik offers unique opportunities to network with other artists working with a variety of mediums including paint, music and film production. During your stay at the CSCP you will receive a good insight into the field of sustainability with a particular focus on the area of sustainable consumption and production (SCP). Your task will be to translate into or express through your artistic speciality (music, dance, visual art, 3D art, film production, theatre, writing, interdisciplinary art or others) topics out of the sustainability field.

Owing to the international nature of both our work and workplace good English skills are mandatory at CSCP.

As from now we welcome your questions or application including an idea sketch and your artistic CV.
